Had a lovely team lunch at this restaurant. Service was very friendly and quick. Food was fresh and really tasty. We all went back to work perfectly satiated and full of energy! I had the Thai Chi bowl which was very flavourful. Will definitely return and try out the sandwiches and other items on the menu.

The lobster rolls were over stuffed and so very delicious. I had to wait to get them even though I had ordered them for a specific time. Very much worth the wait. I will return.

I took my friend to this restaurant for her birthday, and it was enjoyable. She really liked her goat cheese salad. I ordered the edamame salad and wished I had ordered the dressing on the side because it was too heavily dressed for me. Both salads were fresh and the portions are generous. The sandwiches looked yummy, too. It’s a cute restaurant with a nice vibe. A young woman in the family died by suicide and there is a beautiful photo of her in the restaurant. It added a poignant and sad note to the meal (I am a sensitive soul). Ribbons for mental health are sold at the cash. I forgot to bring a candle for my friend’s birthday and they didn’t have any. That is a suggestion for them- to buy some candles and keep them in the restaurant!

Tonight we celebrated 2 years of the food guy page! Tonight we were at 3 Soeurs BOLS we started off with wine either red or white, followed by delicious appetizers: grilled cheese bites, deliciously moist sliders and peanut butter dumplings. We had the choice of Ceasar or baby coug salad, I had the delicious ceasar dressing was amazing. Then we had butternut carrot soup so yummy and my main was the chicken sandwich with fries. Was an amazing evening.
